Hiiii please help!! I was working in my hoya cabinet and I noticed all of my Hoyas have this on the leaves and the bottom leaves r dying :(((( pls help what do I do?!

Looks like thrips damage, went to school for greenhouse management, if its thrips (can’t really see, so don’t panic yet!) then you’re best off tossing all those plants, thrips are nasty!

If you have thrips research neem oil solutions to help. It's a bit of a process but it beats throwing out your beautiful plant. It's worth it 😥 thrips are the worst to get though. Make sure to also quarantine the plant from others

I hope all of these solutions help! In my gh we used IPM (integrated pest management) biologicals work great, just be careful of sites you buy from, neem also works with consistency, good luck!
