He must not have max friendship then. Or you’re leveling him up during nighttime. Either way, what you’re describing isn’t possible. Check his friendship.

Either way, Riolu has been on some Bulbasaur stuff with him refusing to evolve…? It’s been my most interesting experience with the replay.

He has all his hearts, his friendship is 255, and it’s been day time over and over. I know it sounds bizarre but he really doesn’t want to evolve.

He used to hold only a berry, however after him not wanting to evolve I have now given him the Steelium Z.

I would replace him, however he is now the highest level member and has been with the team for the entire journey. Least I could do his let him beat the game with me.
