My first Pokémon game was a spinoff, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky and I loved it. I played most spinoff Pokémon games until I played my first mainline game, Pokémon X. So I’ll always love X and Y even though I’ve since played the other generations and can agree that they are better.

Gen 1 was my intro. I’m 31 lol I love Sun & Moon though. The setting is my personal favorite in the whole series. Alola is beautiful. The starters are the best trio since Gen 4 and no gens starters after Alola have beaten them. I thoroughly enjoyed the ensemble cast and loved how touching the story was. Only Arven’s story from Gen 9 has maybe been better

Oh my gosh Pokémon Sun was my first game! I watched the anime growing up but Sun was what finally got me obsessed

My first games were Alpha Sapphire and X!!! Will always have such a big fond place for them in my heart. Gen 5 is also special to me cuz I watched the anime every morning before school on Cartoon Network
