Question, why is the bellbolt 2 silver stars, and the rest are 1 gold star, but they are all full art and shiny? Like other than the stars, is there a difference in how holographic the cards are?

No, not for the art. It’s the rarity. Each set has a rarity system. Illustration rares, Full Arts, etc. Just details how hard they are to pull.
