Hey I’m posting in this group looking for help I have a friend who’s really into Pokemon but I don’t know anything about this but his birthday is coming up and I wanna get him something he’d enjoy having over just anything Pokemon related

You can look on Pokémon Center for plushies or toys or clothes, the Pokémon video games that are on Switch are available on the online Nintendo Store or any store that sells Switch games (GameStop, Target, Walmart, etc), and Pokémon cards can be found in stores or online. There are a lot of options, it just depends on what he likes.

That’s because of scalpers and just how crazy everyone is for cards right now. Pokémon Center website sells at a good price but they’re almost never in stock. I’d suggest going on eBay or TCG Stadium for them. You may find physical cards in stores, it’s just hard. I recently saw Mega Evolution cards at a 5 Below, so it’s possible.

If he has a favorite pokémon you could also consider buying him and illustration or special illustration rare of that pokemon card as a single

Okay thanks for helping me!! he loved them! also I gotta say this had been one of the nicest fan bases I’ve ever came across it kinda makes me regret getting rid of my old collection from when I was a kid
