I think the millennial “identity” was formed before Gen Z was broadly identified so millennials are used to being the “young ones” and don’t know how to move on from that now that they’re in their 30s

Millennials are obsessed with looking “young” so they can be like “look at how much better we are than Gen Z” when in reality, nobody cares either way😭 people age, it’s not the end of the world
