While I try to not generalize, having worked in the food service industry for as long as I have, when you get a large table of an Indian family, they are typically the worst customers imaginable.

Ironically it’s usually only the large tables. If it’s just a family of four, there are rarely major issues, but if there’s enough for a gratuity, they won’t tip, they will leave the table and surrounding area a mess, and will be exceptionally disrespectful. Out of hundreds of tables I’ve served like this, maybe two were exceptions.

As an Indian myself, I understand exactly what ur saying. I too hate it when they do that and just have the worst manners in public and with service. And they never tip, I think it’s just cuz it’s not normal in India to tip (tipping does not exist in India)
