Body positivity ≠ willingly being obese and endangering your health. There’s nothing wrong with people losing weight and getting healthier. Wish I could lose weight as fast as they do. I miss being able to run for more than 10 seconds at a time, and going on roller coasters. We can’t be encouraging obesity

Having high amounts of fat and having a sedentary lifestyle directly correlates to health issues like heart disease

you do realize celebrities are losing weight in ways that are so extraordinarily unhealthy, right? like whatever they’re… using… is going to cause health issues much quicker than being “willingly obese”

Being fat, even if not obese, is unhealthy. It doesn’t mean you’re a lesser human, but it isn’t healthy.

No fucking way you just said fat ≠ obese 😭. You’re telling me someone that’s 5 foot 6 and weighs 300 pounds isn’t morbidly obese?

Haven’t seen any health issues at all yet lmao. If you eat right while losing weight it won’t cut into muscle mass, which is the only health issue you’ll find

5ft 6 & 300lbs is obese, 5ft 6 and 160 is *technically* fat and not obese and may be healthy
