this is so true but at the same time, with celebrities i feel like they can make a mistake and lose a fat fanbase, such as the scandal with gracie previously talking to a minor, whatever that situation may be. whereas with political figures, people will be so set in their party’s mindset that they’re not even open to hearing things that are wrong with them, at the end of the day they think that the politician is holding the same core values as them, even when time after time its disproven.
