Worried about slipping back into restricting but don’t know what to do about it. I feel silly

that’s rlly normal, when i started recovery i worried abt this a lot and often did slip back into old habits. actively worrying abt restricting and those old habits is a sign of progress tho, so im proud of u for that. just keep eating ur meals and do things that distract u and make u happy or content like doodling or watching a movie for example.
