I’ve made it to 139 days free of binging. I am incredibly proud of myself! The urges are still there but i remember this isn’t an attack on myself and that I’m here to love me

The first month and honestly 24 hours I felt like I was in withdrawal. I ordered food through DoorDash or uber but I used my credit card and got into some debt. That was a wake up call. So to help myself I started to meal prep up to two weeks in advance. I made all of my snacks too. What I wasn’t eating that week went into the freezer. I made sure to have quick fix stuff available especially sweets! I also ordered a supplement, Glucomannan, to help with feeling full. 1/?

I chewed a lot of gum and played video games when I had urges. I used to get headaches from when I couldn’t binge. And tbh I slept a lot, can’t binge if I’m dreaming! I rawdogged this entire time. High protein and high fiber foods helped a lot. Also I started to get embarrassed with how much I frequented grocery stores to buy the food so I placed pick up orders when I was full, helps to not go overboard. 2/2 If you need anymore pointers or just an ear, my dms are open now!
