
I struggle with that too baddie. The way I try to get over it is I splurge a bit and eat out somewhere I really like or get ice cream with my food as like a reward for eating. I just try to eat sm that makes me happy. Idk if that helps, but that’s what I did last time I didn’t feel like eating. But also I made like a tiny to do list and checked those things off to feel like I accomplished sm so I deserved food. Ie clean my room do my laundry etc
