How do you guys cope with mood swings during relapses? I get so anxious and depressed when I slip and fall back into anorexia due to the malnourishment and it's taking such a toll on my emotional stability.

i do journaling almost every morning after my bathroom routine or when i’m in my living room after getting ready for my day, i’m going to add some screenshots of the prompts i’ve been using.

these are my prompts for this month and on bad days i try to only write my thoughts on paper even if it’s not readable because then the words in my mind leave on paper and you can find the pattern sometimes to help talk yourself throughout it on paper, then i like to destroy the paper with those thoughts, before i destroy them i remember the good advice i gave myself in that head space

Does it make you feel more emotions or does it ease the pain? That's what I'm worried about. Thank for this, and I'll definitely incorporate it into my routine. I really really do appreciate this, this is very considerate of you
