I’ve hated my body since I was seven years old and I’m about to turn 21 in a week. I don’t know what to do anymore I hate myself so much and I hate leaving my house because I can’t stand the thought of people having to see me. I don’t know what to do.

things that worked for me: forcing myself to act confident, wearing whatever I wanted but felt to unconfident to wear even if it's just alone or to a trusted friends house, buying clothes I really really liked, lifting weights to build muscle (and an ass), makeup.

these are all mostly external things but I've found that external things have really helped me be confident in my body. other than that, being confident in your abilities and hobbies can help. like I may not like the way I look sometimes BUT I am a good artist and I can lift some pretty heavy weights.
