At this point it’s no different than any other harmful habit. I think the more u can just see it as oh biting ur nails or a non ed related bad habit then you’ll have less shame about it and just kinda feel the need not to. But also I’d recommend just actually giving yourself permission to have a 10pm snack but put it in a bowl and LEAVE the pantry. Sometimes the binges are worse because ur just standing in the pantry eating and you haven’t physically distanced yourself from the source.
