Trying to recover when youre overweight and still have to lose weight anyways is awful. How am I supposed to stop counting calories if doctors are going to actively encourage it for me??

If you are at a weight where you feel healthy than don’t count the calories and focus on recovery, if you are at a very unhealthy and dangerous weight then maybe try not counting the calories but making healthier food choices and try to be more active? Rooting for you to have a healthy body and mind 💗
