I was binge free for 2 months since I started to visit home I relapse every time. I have gained so much weight and I feel so just out of control. Any advice?

I make sure to plan meals AND the hour AFTER the meal to be with friends or family. That way u don’t binge when ur with them and if the urge comes up after u finish they are there to keep u distracted. It can start by u just dont want to look like ur overeating in front of people but then eventually it turns into a habit to just ignore the binge urge once u finish ur meal. Seriously this helped me so much

Be soo soo social and try new hobbies so you’re not bored! Also plan your foods for the next day and have them in a certain area so you don’t have to look through the whole pantry/cupboard/fridge
