I have had all three of the big ones anarexia bulimia and binge eating disorder and trust me when I say it will get better but you do need a support system I understand how emotional and embarrassing it can be but i suggest telling a friend that you trust that you need help. Sending you love!

“binge eating” after anorexia is NOT binge eating. research extreme hunger!!!
