I was bulimic for a good solid 3-4 years and just really since August I’ve stopped but I just can’t shake my binge eating habits, does anyone have any tips on how to stop/help to change my relationship with food.

Literally the only thing that worked for me was cutting off my access to excess unhealthy food/snacks. I still occasionally binge but since I cannot get junky food, I’ll overeat healthier food so it makes me feel so much better. Eventually it will get better once the temptation is removed.
