Getting excited about what I’m eating would be so much more motivating but I just don’t know how to. Anyone have any tips or meal ideas?

Sometimes I’ll have a show that im only allowed to watch at meal time, so i associate a new episode with food!

smth I do that I loveee is what I call a snack plate, I usually eat it in the evening and I look forward to it every single day! it’s super fun to arrange and it doesn’t have to be the same every day, but i’ll arrange a plate that will have some fruits, veggies, a dip, cheese and crackers, maybe salami, sometimes chips, smth sweet etc

like for example today I put together a plate of cherries, strawberries, sun butter, brie, crackers, baby peppers, hummus, some chocolate, and some chips

Or trying new recipes and listening to fun music can help too
