Idk how to fix my eating habits. I work 10-7 for 5 days a week and I have shit appetite because of my medication and I eat once a day sometimes and idk what to do. Any advice on fixing it?

obv will not work for everyone and may not work for you but I have found huge success with the mechanical eating/human kibble mindset. I came up with a set of meals that are nutritionally sound and that I enjoy and I eat them on repeat whether or not I’m hungry
