Hey! I'm still going through recovery and noticing more and more what I missed before recovery. One thing I noticed is just how thin my hair has gotten and I was wondering if anyone found anything that helped with that?

Multivitamins. I suggest the gummy ones because the pill ones make me really nauseous if I don’t eat enough with them, and recovery is hard enough as is.

Most of them should have stuff like biotin, folate, vitamin E, and calcium which are really good for your hair and skin. And obv drinking a lot of water helps almost anything but that’s only part of the puzzle. A lot of people with EDs whether or not they’re in recovery have a difficult time getting the nutrition they need so maybe talk to your pcp about what you can do. They might refer you to a nutritionist but make sure it’s someone who has experience with ED patients
