I respect the grind but if it makes you uncomfortable talk to her about it and ask her to stop. If she doesn’t, reevaluate your relationship

It's okay to be uncomfortable, especially if she's talking to them bc that's a LOT more than simply accepting the drinks. Talk to her about it and dump her if she's not receptive
