Women are half the population but we are still a minority. Why? Bc anyone who isn’t a cis straight white guy is a minority who’s suffered at one point in history (and likely still suffering). I think we shouldn’t call it minority bc it’s not that we are lesser in numbers. Maybe it’s bc we’ve had lesser positions and opportunities
