If it was tho, heat of the moment, blocking him, and in the situation, wtv wrongs you wronged him w, it’s always good to apologize. But to apologize for what you did esp after 3days or no contact (esp LDR) it’d be good to j even get wtv off ur chest and wait on him to reaspnd
