I love my husband but it’s so annoying how he acts so inconvenienced by doing something for me. like I have a medication I need to take with food in the morning,we’re packing so I can’t cook anything and he huffs and puffs at driving 5min to get me food.

ik you love him, but does he love you the same? all of this would be nothing for anyone i love, friends or family or a romantic partner. and him intentionally ignoring you in your comment honestly ticked me off lol, and i'm not even you!

I also just enjoy and feel better having a coffee in the morning sometimes so when we’re on a road trip, I’ll ask for a quick stop to get a coffee and just because he doesn’t feel like he needs one, he’ll ignore me. Or say “let’s just see what we come across along the way” and then conveniently miss all the turns. I’ve told him repeatedly that it’s hurtful when he does that but then he keeps doing it.

Husbands are frustrating creatures. I bought a few things at Victoria’s Secret last week and he barely raised an eyebrow but wanted me to get excited about his new golf glove. It’s confusing.

Why are you guys marrying such unappreciative men??

based on what was said already, I think he doesn’t; He may “think” he does but he’s not actually appreciating her. Yeah the day-to-day quirks can get a little bothersome but if he truly loved her he wouldn’t fully ignore her for a period of time just because he doesn’t want a drink and she does. That’s ridiculous! Now, however, if Op asks him every, single, morning and often throughout the day, that bothersome-ness would start to build. Recently I’ve tried to be more selective for favors

it doesn't sound like your husband appreciates you much either imo. i've always lifted up and supported partners in hobbies & complimenting, and i feel like i (and everyone else) deserve those efforts to be reciprocated
