But when you’re checking what your ex is doing after you end it just gives you unnecessary pain. That’s not part of healing if anything it’s just a setback

They might be checking but they also might not be. People could be telling them, etc etc. i found out my ex moved on pretty quickly and it was because he went out of his way to rub it in my face. Not saying that’s OPs case, and not saying OP isn’t checking, just saying there are other ways of finding out

Also healing is not linear at all, setbacks are apart of healing
