I think it’d be the equivalent of responding to a message with the ‼️ reaction on iMessage. He’s giving it acknowledgement and doesn’t think it requires a full follow up. If he’s still holding conversation then I wouldn’t take it to mean anything

i mean he’s not per say celebrity model attractive but he is cute and I know i’m not perfect but I can understand a man getting nervous when a girl who is a little of out his league is interested in him
