not really. engagements generally happen around the same time of year and around the same age.

Both the girls look very similar to me. One of the guys is like 5 years older than me. He and his family is hyper trad. He was with her for like 4 years but pops the question a month or so after me? Her and I also basically have the same name. The other guy, he got a gf a month or so after I got official with my guy. and then gets engaged right after me too. When he got married I didn’t swipe up to say congrats or anything and ignored his post for 5 days. Then when mine happened he did the same thing

idk. you know these guys better than I do obviously but to me this sounds a little self-centered. I doubt multiple people were waiting on you to do something so they could make decisions affecting their entire lives.

I’m just noticing some odd coincidences, im not saying it’s completely one sided either. Like I love my person but I do notice some things. I’m sure those two guys are genuinely happy. But I understand being somewhat affected by someone you had a really intense thing with for multiple years and previously talked about marriage with.
