i imagine bc it’s just a whole different topic. sure it’s fine to not get out if you’ve both clarified it’s casual dating… this post just isn’t about that at all. if you’ve been dating someone for a while and no convo like that has happened and you ask about future plans and they hit you with having no intention for long term outlook, then you owe it to yourself to find someone with aligned intentions

fair but I think someone saying they have no long term intentions with you isn't necessarily bad if you're both aligned on that, which is a direct response to your post and not a pancakes/waffles situation.

Agreed with #1. Like I get your point op, but in fairness that wasn’t really clear in the original post. If someone’s dating for fun and not marriage, that’s fine too, as long as they’re honest.
