But now he won’t text back. He said he’s just super busy with work, but idk. He just got out of a relationship a bit ago so maybe he’s not ready. Or maybe I just misread the situation? Idk I just wish I could get some clarity bc connections like this are so rare for me. Any advice would be appreciated

I would honestly recommend just asking him straight up. I know it's cliché advice but finding a minute to talk to him in person or at least on the phone and saying "hey I felt like we had a really good connection and I don't want to lose that; do you feel the same?" Obviously make it sound like you and not me but you get the picture.
