Game night. Picnic in a public park. Build a fort. Stargazing. Museums

Genuinely anything that can be done indoors. Me and my friends would have movies nights, karaoke parties, coloring dates, etc all from the comfort of my dorm. You can go to the beach, go to free art museums, go to a library and see who can read the fasts. Etc. (I know I said friends but these are still good date activities.)
