I’m sorry about your father’s comments on that. I hate when parents comment on things they know bothers us. I’d say stay strong and keep being yourself. I know it sounds silly but don’t lower your standards just because of your father’s pressure. He’s definitely projecting some weird stuff going on in his mind. Maybe possible insecurity from when he was that age. I’m sorry again no one deserves that.
