Move on but reflect on yourself

Had something similar happen. It hurts but the only way forward is to move on. Focus on yourself, your work, your family and friends. I highly suggest therapy. I was one of those men who would never consider it but I started after the breakup and it made all the difference. It’s painful, but know that if it didn’t work out it wasn’t meant to be. Stay strong
