I often weaponize my lactose intolerance when having arguments with my boyfriend. If he wants to be that way we both suffer the consequences of me eating yogurt without lactaid. Is this a healthy way to deal with conflict?

Sounds like you already know it isn’t. Communication is always better than “threats?” Admitting you’re wrong when you are, agreeing to disagree, or coming to a compromise is a much healthier way to go about arguments
