There’s some girls where this has basically happened to every single male friendship they have, so that’s why they have such a drastic opinion on it. Your average girl isn’t gonna freak out like this. If a male friend of mine told me, and I didn’t like him back, I’d probably be kinda awkward, but I wouldn’t hold it against him and would probably be able to continue being his friend, I would just try to keep a little more space between us for a bit
