They go to an immigration court, the court hears the govs reasoning for why or what’s causing their ask for deportation, a removal hearing occurs which by the way is required not even a president can take away someone’s removal hearing.

No idea. But the point I’m trying to make is that they can get all these hearings, but the judicial process is that they get out. Our justice system gets them out bc it’s the law. They aren’t supposed to be here. Even some U.S. citizens should be deported, in my opinion. People that have immigrated here, took an oath, and defile that oath every day.
