It isn’t the truth, obviously there’s people that are maga that are racist, that doesn’t mean the whole ideology is. A lot of the part engages in discriminatory behavior Elon Musk rehired someone (and Vance advocated for his rehiring) who said “Bring back indian hate” That’s objectively racist. Not even as a feelings thing.

This is stuff that’s all happened underneath the Trump admin. Trump hired Stephen Miller, who was caught referencing white nationalist media and sharing the same theory that the KKK popularized, called the “great replacement theory” Musk had someone who worked at DOGE outed for saying things LIKE that on twitter and when he resigned, Musk and Vance both worked to get him back into that position. Does supporting someone who says “bring back indian hate” sound like a non racist action?
