As an immigrant myself, yes immigrating legally is expensive and it takes a long time, but you can live peacefully, travel, etc. plus I know illegals who have paid cartels more to get them through the border than what my whole family paid for documentation 😅

it takes many years and way more money than it should. immigration wouldn’t be as much of an issue if we could make it affordable to the common man. instead, we waste millions on deploying military to hurt these people rather than provide avenues of help

Exactly, if the illegal immigrants go home and do the proper processing they would be making BANK. And that’s coming from a Mexican American who’s mother came into this country legally, I will say I did have an uncle who was here illegally and he told me that it was his fault and he had to pay the consequences.

My parents also immigrated to the US legally. I deadass asked my dad in a casual conversation: why did you do the proper documentation? He said: “It’s the rules”, both my parents are firmly against illegal migration because it’s a slap in the face for waiting years to obtain legal citizenship. The supporters of illegal immigration don’t understand that it doesn’t matter how nice a person is, you’re being deported because you broke the law
