Depending on what your housing department is like, tell the RD/Director. Sometimes that person is the favorite and I’ve seen it backfire. But I’ve also seen people tell the RD and then they’re not placed on the same staff/don’t have duty nights together. It’s possible to work around

I’ve told my HD but I was left to handle it. AD is above HD and likes that RA. But current SRA and HD voted against making them future SRA

That person has been insulting me the entire year and I recently found out they’ve been insulting HD as well

I will be going to a better area next yr but they are staying in the same area. I’m torn between reporting for insulting me and HD or just forgetting about it and moving on w my life

If I do report it I’d wait till the end of the year b/c the mistreatment began the weekend b4 school even started and I had reported the first time. Now my boss believes I can’t collaborate w that RA which has lowk backfired. I won’t say too much but that RA has gotten me in serious trouble when we have worked together. I’m currently avoiding them for duty shifts and working w other ppl

And while I do appreciate my boss one of the things they absolutely suck at is conflict management that is y I don’t know if I’ll even report
