Students stole furniture from our lounge, had to threaten to fine them to return it. Handled a mental breakdown and anxiety attack of a resident. Found alcohol & candles while completing pre move-in checks. Residents complaining about neighbors who haven’t even moved in yet… (this one is a much bigger problem than it sounds)
