Yo same but I'm the opposite coming from a staff of 7 to a staff of 18 😬

I went from a staff of 13 to a staff of 4, a smaller staff was so much better- my bigger staff always had problems with each other and there was too much drama 💀 a small staff I was super close with everyone and we were deemed the best staff on campus, it was so good
