I imagine it varies school to school, but there will be a lot of presentations, most of which will be boring and feel useless. You’ll probably have some interactive simulations of RA experiences too.

If we are being realistic its these 11 hour days of just going over policy and a bunch of what if scenarios. And of course some role play. You get like lunch which is like an hour and dinner. Be prepared to be in training ffor most of the day.
