At my school the RD will send a note to your professors if you need to miss because of something like this

i’m sorry that happened :( does your campus offer any free/reduced mental health support services to RAs? it might be worth looking into for situations like these ! our job can be really stressful

Dude, email your profs, they’re usually pretty understanding if you need the day off of class cause of stuff like this.
