Not nickolodeon but I had a Cartoon Network floor for my kids my first year. My info/RA posting board looked like a tv and had the logo on the bottom

i did spongebob! i made the door decorations the flowers and made each of the petals a letter of their names, and also spongebobs windows with their names on it, and around the hall i painted big jellyfish and krabby patties!
