Was sick one day and throwing up in the middle of the night, took melatonin and night quil at the same time, I was knocked out for 12+ hours and accidentally missed my office hour. There was other stuff that happened but my hall director was kinda picky on who she wrote up because if another person on my staff did something she would ignore it. She even wrote me up for the phone being turned down when I wasn’t the one who turned it down, it was this girl before me who turned it down and I- (1/2)

-didn’t check that the phone was lowered because it’s supposed to be on max volume 24/7 so I’m assuming that it’s on max volume, got a call, didn’t hear it, my RA partner yelled at me IN THE HALLWAY because he has anger issues and has been pissy at everyone this year and my Hall Directors blamed me for something I didn’t do. Overall bad year, I was an RA for 2 years, it’s gonna be weird living in an apartment my senior year. (2/2)

They didn’t fire me that early because my event was so popular that other RA’s and other building showed up and many other people to take pictures, they kept me for this year just to keep that event but said I would not be contracted for the next year.

You didn’t get fired they let you go. I wasn’t rehired at my college so after u found this out I quit two days later mid semester. Really made them panic.
