I wear earplugs and if I can still hear them I go out and tell them to stfu

Noise cancelling, earplugs, acoustic insulation inserts but the cheap ones suck

Knock on there doors and continue to tell them to lower their volume eventually they’ll get annoyed and will listen

Just the corners where the most reflection was happening but yeah hanging old carpets up works it’s an old recording studio trick

We have a no warning policy here and I don’t want to have to write them up every time I hear something bc they could be having a normal Convo and I will hear it

Damn. We get a good amount of discretion for what we write up. I usually just ask people of they’re in the hallway late to quiet down and find a room
