Some people do it because they need the money to go to school- I am one of those people… there’s are parts of the job I love and parts I do not love as much, but everyone should understand how difficult it is to pay for college and becoming an RA relieves a lot of that stress imo

No Shame in that. I bet if you ask 90% of RAs why they do it they'll say the benefits. Honestly, that's reasonable bc Imagine saving thousands every year to be a glorified hall monitor.
