Real, I’m leaving after this year just to enjoy my last year. As well as actions that my housing department has made this year. So I get it, you gotta do what’s best for you and know when it’s time to give this job up because it is a very draining job.

Yea I kinda wonder if the higher ups never really did the job we did.

I just feel like their standards for how they wanted us to run our communities were not realistic. I loved my RC but the higher-ups I felt didn’t fully trust us to develop our communities.
