Aww I’m sorry guys lol. But fwiw the work you guys do is important, I’m sure people greatly appreciate it when it is needed and when you’re called upon for something important. It’s also just nice to know you’re there as support. When I was in school my RA’s made me feel very welcome when I was new and didn’t have friends

It also kinda sucked coz I was a new RA that started in the spring and the floor was kinda already established by the previous RA and it kinda hurt when only 1-2 ppl would show up to my events and sometimes even no one at all and I had to beg some of my friends to show up and sign so it’d actually count as an event 🥲

What I do is get pizza if there isn’t food residents don’t like going to events I found
